    Sinus is the result of over hydration. Same is the case with cold and cough. The following is permanent cure (at least for the next 2-3 years) of sinus.

    Limit your water drinking to 2-3 hours in a day. The gap between 2 water drinking sessions should be 20-22 hours. The ideal time could be afternoon.

    If possible drink your water well after 2-3 hours after a meal. Also take care of spreading out your water intake.

    This increases your urine output (this happens after 15 hours of being without water). After increased urine output there is complete relief from sinus.

    Most of the common diseases like BP, sugar, kidney are to be treated in similar fashion. The cure time is just 7 days. The relief time is just 24 hours.
